1. How long does my order take to make?
Every item is personalized and made after your order is placed. Most orders ship within 3–4 business days, depending on complexity and season. Larger or high-volume orders may need additional time.
2. Are any purchases final sale?
Yes! Every product at Ara Macao Studio is fully personalized and made-to-order. You choose the names, dates, text, or design details, and we craft it exactly for you.
If you have an idea that isn’t shown in our catalog, let us know — we love bringing unique custom requests to life whenever possible.
Because each item is uniquely created, all orders are final sale, so please double-check your details before checkout.
3. What if I made a mistake in my personalization?
Since each product is created exactly as submitted, we cannot refund or redo items when the personalization contains customer-provided errors. If we make an error on our end, we will gladly fix or replace it.
4. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your personalized item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement according to our policy.
5. Do you engrave items that I bring in myself?
Yes — we can personalize customer-supplied items. However, these items are engraved entirely at your own risk, since different materials may react unpredictably to laser processing. If damage occurs, we can only refund the engraving fee.
